Built in Lennox Head in the early 2000's Laurie spent all his waking time completing the 2 storey 5 bedroom home with a pool and entertainment area. Built for his Family sparing no expense.  Sold the day it was listed - by him, in 2007, the property value now exceeds 1.8Million !

Completed in 2011, the expansion and renovation of the Lennox Point Hotel was a $2.1Million project with many complicated details and renovation challenges.  The quality of the final job now stands testament to the skills and quality of workmanship, now years on.

St Pauls College in Bald Hills [Brisbane Nth.], was a challenging build for their Auditorium seating.  Using all soild timber of the highest grade, Laurie led a small team to complete this build over a 3 month period to a tight schedule despite many challenges.  The finished photos were never taken by him, despite moving on to other jobs, but anyone visiting and using the Building now is always im

Commenced in January 2026, this small 1 Bedroom build for a Macleay Island resident has - while small - got some great characteristics.  We will upload a time-lapse of the build shortly. But for now, just know that Island life is going to be great for this modest Home Owner, loving each part of his own unique build, designed & Project Managed by Tina,  for AphaBuilt.

This bathroom was designed by Tina, and completed by AlphaBult in 2023, in West Wynnum.  Taking an old 80's build tragedy into the 2020's.  Laurie also is a qualified Waterproofer and spares no details when it comes to completing a bathroom build to the highest standard.
